i really don't understand why people get to defensive and fearful about this unless they are bigoted themselves

The main thing is to stop obsessing about race and gender, which has become so extreme it's actually racist, sexist and hateful.

Include diverse political opinions instead of just far-left left-of-Karl-Marx political opinions, which is what's happening.

Include 50 percent libertarians in every discussion to stop the decision-makers sh!tting on people's freedoms.
