Why does this teacher does this?

I'm a aide in school and when I was talking to this teacher and I never in my life talk this teacher before but let he sits there and listen to me talking to another teacher about stuff and he did it twice. Not sure why but he does and he stares alot room weird.

    Judging from your English I seriously doubt you're an aide in any school.

    I'm really sorry to hear that someone with your poor English and low level of communication skills is an aide in any school. You keep saying "this teacher" but I'm still not sure how many teachers you're talking about, or what the problem actually is.

    Maybe it's the state of your English that he can't believe. Are you a native speaker? You should know how to construct a question- "Why does this teacher DO this?" and a decent sentence. What does "he stares alot room" mean". "A lot" is two words.

    Other teachers, even ones you don't know, are allowed in the same area as you, obviously. If you're talking in a public place, everyone nearby can hear you. Maybe he's bored and just passing the time thinking.  The world is not revolving around you, you know.
