How many slices of brown bread or seeded bread is too much per day?

it depends on many other things. you can eat wheat bread instead of white bread everyday. wheat bread is way healthier.

If you're trying to maintain your current weight, you can consume up to 12 slices of whole wheat bread per day.

There is no limit, but dont eat bresd everday as it could lead allergies

There's not really a limit.
While bread isn't the ideal food, it does have some positives and I personally reached my lowest adult weight eating a loaf of bread everyday
