You already seem to have some answers.
Those stores are pretty lame in my opinion. I personally only go for dressy and high fashion clothing, and ignore the ugly trends going on these days. I love stores selling real, beautiful clothes. Think Laura, Melanie Lyne, Le Chateau. Not Banana Republic, Aritizia, or Reitmans. That's ****.
