Why are "They" taking down statues of the Virgin Mary? ?
I saw a statue of the Virgin Mary at a work site, and it was eventually taken down.
Another Virgin Statue was taken down from a Mexican restaurant.
Why? what did She ever do to anyone and HOW does it offend anyone?
After all She is the Mother of God.
One statue was outside at a work site housed in a niche. so no one could get hurt.
The one in the restaruant was a small miniature statue of the Virgin in the window.

Who cares? God still doesn't exist. Mary probably never existed either. She is just a carry over from goddess worship.

She is not the mother of God she is the mother of Jesus Christ...big difference.
Regardless ... So what if it offends people! When ae we going to stand our ground and tell these a** wipes to suck it up and take a hike...

Would you be offended if there were statues of Kali or symbols of Islam all over the place, in public? Yes, of course you would. That's why.

Theres all sorts of reasons ti take a statue down that have nothing to do with people bwing offended. Statues of people generally being tall and narrow, they present a considerable injury risk if not properly secured, so they may have been taken down for safety reasons. Or the owner may hace sinply decided to relocate the statue
