He's incapable of making it through a proper and honest press conference.

It will likely be;

- rehearsed

- video taped

- edited

- time delayed

 But it most assuredly will NOT be a regular type press conference, because Joe's "handlers" can't afford the risks involved.

Alternately, they could let this travesty unfold naturally and use his absolute meltdown to invoke the 25th amendment to seat Kamala Harris as president.
