I cant remember the show but it was after hours on cartoon network, the show had a guy in a black suit and a red headed girl who I think was a robot, and there was also a giant robot, but thats all I remember. Either it was on toonami or adult swim but I can't seem to find it

Big O. The girl was Dorothy. the Guy in the suit was Roger.

It was Big O.  The characters' names are Roger Smith and Dorothy, who's a gynoid.  She wakes him up every morning by playing obnoxious piano music.
