I'm 27 and my Full Scale IQ is 78. Is it possible for me to increase it?

When I was on 9th grade, I scored the following in these areas on the WISC-IV:

Full Scale Score:78

Spatial Reasoning:73

Cognitive Processing:53

Vocabulary:89

Working Memory:116

Overall score:81

Update:

I forgot to mention that I gave mild to moderate autism.

offhand, i would argue that you already have increased it ... your question and data is well presented

No. IQ goes down with age because age is a figure used in the denominator when figuring IQ. That means that if you did equally well today on an IQ test you took in the 9th grade, your IQ score would be significantly lower than it was in the 9th grade simply because you're older.
