Is cookie monster the strongest muppet?

well i think so because he always after all the chocolate cookies . but cookie monster not belong to the muppets at all.  i think two heads monsters from the seasame streets  are the strongest and funniest then any other monsters . 

yeah cookie monster might be physically the strongest but i think bert's got the mental strength of a steel sea fort. like i feel like he could look at me and i'd instantly die

No, but I recall a giant muppet that once swallowed a man whole.  Unfortunately, I can't recall his name.  

There is that weird goofy monster Sweetums that runs around in some if the older Muppet movies that seem quite strong. But in Sesame Street Big Bird seems pretty strong, the Cookie Monster is more crazy aggressive.
