Other than both being technology based heroes I don;t think they;ve got anything in common. Iron Man is a playboy industrialist who has a change of heart after being kidnapped and uses his technical genius to become an armored hero. Toyman, who predate Iron Man by about 20 years, is more of a gamester. He uses his technical genius to create toy based weapons and commit crimes.

Marvel's version of Batman is Moon Knight. Except he's not a very good adaptation since their private identities are nothing alike. Tony Stark is the most Bruce Wayne though.
