no,this site is not shutting down because the info OF A CRIMINAL was posted .....the site is closing because Yahoo/verizon let it become a sh!thole...with idiots giving wrong answers constantly  (when I've gotten a rough estimate...80% of answers tend to be WRONG), Yahoo Answers enabling civil rights abuses...and more....which made it a poor quality site..and  trolls basically running the site....and sponsors not willing to put money toward the cr@!

DEFENSE OF ANOTHER is a valid legal activity...posting the identifying info for a someone making TERRORIST threats in order that the authorities can be contacted is the moral thing to do.

even is OP didn't do the things he claimed, the threats on here alone are criminal terrorist threats.  Often when there is a terrorist incident, you hear afterwards, that the terrorists made threats ...and nothing was done....one of the more recent (Nashville) was because the authorities didn't take the threat seriously....
