How much will this doctor visit cost without using insurance?

My best friend needs to see a doctor ASAP because she is experiencing "rectal bleeding". Does anyone know the amount she is expected to pay for that kind of doctor visit?

It will cost more than having insurance. Expect to pay $200 or more.
