What do you think the electronics on ebay?
I saw a lot of super cheap electronics such as laptop, micro computers... the prices almost averagely 1/3 of their values... do you guys think those are good deals? or they are not safe?

uhmm. well fist you need to check out the person selling them. Do they have good reviews and lots of them. then check out the details and see if theres and problems with. i say their safe...most of the time their so cheap because people start them off like that to get high bids.
