There is a page on the Nasa website that describes the benefits employees can obtain:

Under the benefits option, they state:

NASA has both agency-wide and local installation scholarship programs that are open to NASA dependents.  Competitive selections are made annually.

NASA will pay for graduate school courses and, if selected, will pay for full time graduate study for one year.
