When do I go into escrow? Or am I already in it?
We put an offer on a condo and it was approved. Am I in escrow yet?
Ok people...I'm here on yahoo answers to answer a question. I don't need BS people telling me to ask my realtor. Its 10pm. Get a life and don't answer if you can't answer a question Jesus!!!!!!!

After you put the offer in and it is accepted you will need to put a deposit down for the property. this deposit will be placed in an escrow account and will be forfeited if you back out of the deal.

These are the questions your realtor should be answering for you. That's a realtor's job - to guide you through the process. I hope you chose someone you are comfortable with.

If your buying real estate and don't have any idea what current process your in, you are going to get duped! Pull out while you can!
