How come Germany has the most positive reputation of all countries ?

Because it is an economic success story and hasn't meddled in sovereign countries aside from a tiny engagement in Iraq. Which, as you'll remember their constitution forbids but Germany and the international community (and by " international community" I mean Western Europe and the USA. lol) allowed Germany to go into Iraq. Still, they haven't really harmed anyone and they've been a success story as they are now the backbone of the European Economic Community (EEC).

They are a beautiful, innovative people that warrant respect. They have committed atrocities in the past, but sadly the past is done; the dead are dead, regrettably (which include relatives of mine who fought on the side of the Allies and yes, they would have had full lives had it not been for Germany. Still, we must move) and we must move on - they have.

There have been several generations that were born after 1945 - they are not responsible for the sins of their forefather and they should be endow with guilt and now deserve respect for the great, democratic nation they've built. The rest of the world finally sees this and that is why Germany is loved: it is an example of the possible; the probable; what can be achieved with hard work.

Germany is loved because it a success - People respect success.

Spain is notorious for its corruption, brutality and atrocities in the route of humanity, eg. Spanish inquisition, conquistadores destroying the civilization of the U.
