Under age nudists on the internet?
I can see it Both ways, If you child never wears clothes, then if you take photos of your child, he/she is always naked.
the same way if you see the beauty contests of fully clothed girls, looking all sexed up for a contest, this is as bad or worse then just the innocent naked photos of a child... What do we do?
What is right and what is wrong? These questions are out there and I see no answers. What is the solution?

One of the problems is that when these pics circulate on the internet, you cannot say for sure if the random pic you see is an innocent one or a child who is a victim of abuse. When I say victim of abuse I am talking about the children who are kidnapped and forced to do child porn for an underground market of pedophiles. To protect these children, the market has been criminalized. That way they won't be able to say that it's a nudist child or whatever. They got busted with kiddie porn, and now they gotta serve time behind bars. If someone is a nudist and wants to raise a family that way, they should still be smart enough to cover themselves and their children for photographs. Being a nudist should not include an overall ignorance of society's preference for people to be clothed. Follow the laws, do not cause a public disturbance, and keep your nudist lifestyle in a setting that is appropriate.

I doubt you have too many true nudists on the internet. If I were the head of a family that lived a nudist lifestyle, we'd either be separated by a lot of land or a tall fence from any pervs who want to peek at my wife and children. I would think that anyone who shares pictures of their family would take similar precautions. I think that most of these sites are just excuses to take pictures of children. This goes double if you are talking about a nudist camp for children without their parents.

Ok, I'm going to give this a shot,
I'm a nudist. I raised 3 children in a "clothing optional" environment and I have taken pictures of my kids "au natural". I think I can remember every time I had to spank one of them and it is a very, very small number of times. They were well behaved and grew up to be great parents in their own rights.
There is no law of which I'm aware regarding pictures of simple nudity, even of children. There are laws against taking pictures of children that are sexual in nature, that is lewd. The simple definition of lewd is where the photo is centered ... if the subject of the photo is the child's genitals, clearly it is lewd and against the law (and the creep that took the photo should be in jail meeting his new boyfriend). If the picture is of a child that simply happens to be naked, no big deal.
However, I would strongly recommend you not take any film containing nudity to a commercial developer as it is standard practice now for them to notify the authorities of any nude pictures, especially of children. This is done, I think, mainly for liability reasons. If they had evidence of child abuse and failed to notify the authorities, they could be held liable for damages.
Back when America was innocent we all ended up with our naked butts on bearskin rugs and we all were caught by the brownie camera in the bathtub. It was cute and the guy at the photo-shop actually picked some out to HANG ON THE WALL of the store .. and we were proud that our picture was picked!
You know what I think happened? I think the big push came to read all the books by psychiatrists, that professed to know how to better raise kids, came along, and mass media came along, suddenly we were hearing about horrible things that happened to children in other places. We lost our innocence and things started to go very, very wrong.
Now some teach their children that their bodies are shameful and something that must ALWAYS be hidden. And we wonder why they have body issues?
Then came the loss of our abilities to raise our children with proper discipline and our educators started telling us how we should talk to the children; overzealous prosecutors and child services brought charges against parents for nothing more than a slap on the butt of an unruly child.
Nudity is now mainstream, we have official nudist locations across the Americas, Federal lands do not have a nudity law (unless they have relinquished enforcement to the state), several states have nude or clothing optional beaches where individuals and families can practice nude recreation. There are 270 American Association for Nude Recreation (aanr) clubs and resorts that are family oriented.
And contrary to what the uninformed believe, nuditity is approved by the majority of Americans. Fully 74% of Americans polled by Roper in 2006 approve of nude recreation in appropriate settings, and over 55 Million Americans freely admit to skinny-dipping (swimming naked) with the opposite sex. The New York Times reports that its readers voted their coverage of nude vacations in the top four for popularity.
Our society not only accepts nuditiy, they seem to crave it, regrettably it is often in the form of "sex sells" advertisments, not to mention TV and the movies.
True nudists emphasize a decent, family atmosphere and morality
Research shows that children who grow up in a nudist setting tend to be more self-confident, more self-accepting, and more sexually well-adjusted. ~ They feel better about their bodies, and more comfortable with their sexuality. Children raised in a nudist environment don't have to "play doctor" or go behind the shed or in the backseat of a car to see another person naked, they already know what they look like.
When a child is at an aanr approved club or resort, they are in the safest location possible, because not only are their parents looking out for them, every nudist in the resort will protect them. Also, children raised in a nudist environment do not develop discriminatory opinions of others because of the way their body looks, or because of age or any of the other prevalent issues (race, creed, color, sexual orientation etc.)
All of this said, I would never post on-line photos of a naked child that was not behind a firewall that only my chosen family and friends could access.
I believe a normal moral individual can easily determine in a split-second if a photo of a child is simply a photo of a child that happens to be nude. Or if it is a photo of a child that depicts a sexual situation; or if it is a photo of a child that is intended to be of a sexual nature.
