95 Ford 7.3l Head Gasket- Customer doesn't want new head bolts- Knowledeable techs ONLY!?

I'm perplexed by this every head gasket I've ever done gets new head bolts, these are not stretch to yield bolts but I don't want to put it back together without new bolts!

Whats a guy to do????

Easy one. Just tell then that there will be no warranty on the work unless you replace the head bolts. And/or have them sign a wavier.

Stretch to yield bolts need to be replaced.

Standard torque bolts have never needed to be replaced - just clean the threads up good and lube them before you torque them down.

you can reuse the head bolts out of a 7.3. Just a small amount of oil though and under the head and on the threads

so just tell them you do it and no warranty so if it blows up next week dont come back asking why

you can tell them they need it cant make them buy it.. dont have to warranty it either

just tel them its like this

why fix it half way just tell them you will not fix it half way cause you dont half fix anything want it done or want it done right want to fix it once or you want to fix it twice

put it back together no warranty no paper work cash only say see ya next week you can only say so much
