How to lose body fat and grow taller fast?

I want to learn a way you can lose body fat quick especially belly fat and get toned thighs and arms.

I'm the type of person that needs motivation and I can't even do a push up or pull up. I'm 15 almost 16 and I'm 5'1 and weigh around 115 lbs. I really want to grow taller and no, it's not just in your genes, you can grow at any age but since I'm still going through puberty it would be easier for me to grow, Please help!

Update:

I think I've stopped growing when I was 12? Well I didn't grow any further in high school.

I make sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. I eat right (no junk food) and I drink a glass of milk every morning. I drink at least 2 litres of water everyday too but whatever I do doesn't seem to work. I try to exercise when I have time. I don't think I'm fat, I just want to lose my jelly belly and get a toned body.

Update 2:

I also have stretch as well but I haven't seen any results in height. Please give me more details such as how often should I stretch, how many times and for how long etc. I know I'm asking a lot but it would be great if you could give me a plan? Such as what to do and when...

I heard that lifting weights is bad for a growing body?

I want to be at least 5'4 or 5'5, that's another 10cm

Anyway please help and be as detailed as you can! Thanks in advance

Your weight is not a problem. It is at the high end of normal and that is OK.

To reach your potential height you need adequate sleep (from 8-10 hours per night), adequate calories and a normal healthy diet.

Plenty of protein from eggs, meat, poultry, sea food and dairy products helps as well as calcium from milk, cheese and other dairy products. You also need plenty of zinc from red meat, oysters, mussels, nuts and seeds and zinc fortified cereals such as Weetbix.

Girls usually stop growing at 15 and in most cases any further height growth from 15-21 is insignificant.

Guys usually stop growing at 18 and in most cases any further height growth from 18-25 is insignificant.

Under eating and under sleeping can, to some extent, stunt your height growth. Exercise does not help your height growth and smoking can actually reduce your potential height by a whole inch. Too much junk sugar can reduce your HGH level as in item 40 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm

You can see further tips in a web search for "how to grow taller naturally".

    How To Grow Taller Fast

Height does have a stopping point. Once the epiphyseal plate in your bones close, they can not grow anymore. That usually occurs in late teens or early 20's. There is nothing you can do to force your body to grow taller. However, by eating healthy you give your body the nutrition it needs for growth spurts.

Eating healthy will help losing fat too. Cut out sweet, fried, processed, junk, and fast foods. Drink just plain water. Eat lots of different fresh fruits and veggies with all meals and as snacks. Switch to whole grains for things like rice, bread, cereal, and pasta. Do not skip meals or have seconds.

Lack of sleep can prevent proper growth. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.

Drinking milk may help you get taller, but it might make you fatter. Drink one or two glasses of milk a day.

Hanging onto a bar or something helps to lengthen your spine and will, in the long run, increase your height.
