is it possible to make a large excel spreadsheet (2007) print into one page without having reformat all of the?

    Go to File, Print, Then at the bottom click on Page Setup. Then under Scaling, it says adjust to percentage of normal size. You can reduce the percentage size of the entire spreadsheet to fit into one page without reformating all of the cells. This is the best method to reduce your spreadsheet so that it will be one page without editing all the cells.
