RPMI vs. DMEM for Contamination Test? (10 pts)?
My group prepares a large number of aliquots of Serum, reagents, etc. for scientists working in our company. After aliquoting each substance we perform a contamination test by taking a small amount of what we aliquoted and placing it in DMEM and RPMI to see if anything grows in it. In order to save time we would like to only use one of these media for our contamination tests and I wanted to know which of the two would be a better choice (is better for the growth of potential contaminants)

There are some slight discounts I found online, and I've also heard you can get some discounts from local stores in Orlando or at Walmarts in Orlando. Does anybody know how much these tickets sell for? The other thing I heard about is attending high pressure time share sales pitches. The ones I saw online say they are 90 minutes, but I've heard some take like half a day. Is that correct? Are there any that really only take 90 minutes to 2 hrs?
