Housing Dilemma - What to do?

Here is our dilemma. We sold our house about a month or so ago. The buyers sold their house and needed to move right away. We agreed to 15 days after closing. We quickly found another home, and agreed to 15 days after closing with the sellers. This means we will have about two weeks we have to stay in temporary quarters (friend is letting us rent their house). We just spoke with the sellers of the home we are purchasing and they are going through fits because the sellers they are buying their condo from are dragging their feet. They agreed that they would still be out by the agreed upon date. Problem is, the seller of our home is like 80, and his wife 76. I feel bad, and wish I could give them more time, but the temporary quarters we are staying in, needs to be vacated by the end of Nov (we agreed we would be out by the 15th). Anything we can do for our sellers? Seem like really nice people, and feel like we are kicking them out.

This is a business transaction. As nice as sellers and buyers are, it's business so treat it as business. They can be the nicest people on the planet and it doesn't matter. When it's completion time, it's completion time and you take possession. What happens to them is for THEM to deal with. They can either rent a storage locker or put it all into temporary accommodation, or you can do that and ask for a credit. Due to the legality of it, it's best to just move forward as is unless you want to be nice about it. But what if that condo they bought takes a month or two months or three months? EVERY seller will milk it for as much as they can. Just proceed per the contract.

If you want to be accomodating to them, you might put yourself in an extended stay hotel since it sounds like your stuff will be already boxed up and on a truck or in storage. Or, you could ask them to move their stuff to storage and offer to cover them in an extended stay hotel for a couple of weeks until their new condo is ready to occupy.

stay positioned, and search for a boyfriend who already has a staggering dogs. you'll lose somewhat money by utilising pulling out, yet would make that up next spring, and as you're saying, your position purchase would fall by besides. it truly is by no potential sensible for the female to purchase the domicile, except money particularly is not any merchandise. There are gold-digging adult males too, no longer in user-friendly terms do they get their socks washed and warm foodstuff, they don't even ought to pay for the roof over their heads. No thanks.
