Have a question about banking withdrawl?

When you go to the bank to take out money, is it required to fill out a form when you are withdrawing at least $5000 or more? I'm talking about bank of america.

    Almost every bank requires a written deposit or withdrawal slip for EVERY teller transaction.

    all withdrawls requirw a withdrawl slip. some larger withdrawls require additional paperwork for the govt.

    call ahead make sure they have this much in cash. you'd be surprised how little they hold
