"trap" in the house A/C condensate line?

Is there a "trap" in the condensate line between the air handler in the house and the outside water drainage release? I m trying to unclog the line.

From inside the coaxial cable I"m using gets stopped about six feet in.

From outside I can put 13 feet of coaxial up the drain tube, without reistance. But 13 feet is all the cable I have.

I ve tried bleach, peroxide, detergent, vinegar (cold and boiling hot) and hot water during the past 8-days. Hot water worked best, but the line is still clogger up.

The drain line is to remove the humidity that was caused by compression of the gas during the cooling process as the liquid becomes gas again. The line is clogged. Put a hose to the outside pipe, anything short enough for you to attach and then BLOW hard into the hose. Get off the hose FAST so you don't get a mouth full of "nasty."

Bugs, etc can crawl up and get stuck. Dust from the drip pan, or even pieces of insulation, can get stuck in the drain tube.

There may be, yes, depending on how it was installed and by who.

Try more water, or if you have a wet dry vac, try that on the end.
