Is my Bose Wave Music System 3 Disc Multi CD Changer Accessory working? *video?
I just got a three-disk Bose Wave Music System 3 Disc Multi-CD Changer Accessory. I do not own a Wave System to fully test this out. I know that these can be sold for good money, especially if it works, so I was wondering if this unit is functioning?
Whenever I plug it in the wall it makes a lot of weird noises and then ejects the disk that is in the drive. I know that I need the Wave Radio to make it work, but I was wondering if this unit is functional?

It is utterly useless by itself
because without the radio it was made for there is no way to control its operation.
Not only that, but those players are known for having difficult-to-solve mechanical problems.
My suggestion is to pass it along to someone who has the right radio for it
and get yourself a decent standalone CD or DVD player or changer,
which will have the most-necessary controls on its front panel
and include a remote for the remaining functions.
