The words "worth" and "Audi" don't belong in the same

question.  If money means nothing to you, then you might buy an Audi.

I would say no to buy the 2012 model of AUDI how much ever good condition it is in.

Audis are great, for about three years.  Then they start falling apart.

    Audis Suck. Period,

Get a Japanese or American car.   Maybe used MX-5?  German parts $$ and takes 6 weeks. I  had an Audi,  nursed it along 6 years.. Saved Thousands  by fixing transaxle  my self..

The S5 is an excellent car, masses of power and AWD to stop you making a fool of  yourself.

However, it is a performance car and if you buy , you have to expect some big bills. Even regular stuff like tyres will be double a regular car, but if you can afford it , go for it.

At least it won’t bore you to death like a Hyundai f@cking Accent!I would maybe look for one with lower mileage though.

As far as history of car its does have good long list of regular maintenance

The S5 is a sporty car and is likely to have been driven hard. It may be fine, it may not, we can't tell from here. Don't buy without at least seeing it and getting it checked over, and look at the service history.

It depends on how it was driven and maintained. If you know nothing about the driving habits of the previous owner(s) and the vehicle doesn't come with a complete set of maintenance records since new, then it's a gamble. Pictures tell you next to nothing.
