Audi TT Roadster?

Yesterday I bought a used 2006 Audi TT Quattro and personally I love it but everyone's telling me it's unreliable is that true?

    You have a winner. ISeeCars.com did the math on reliable sports cars and found that 4.5% of all the TTs are over 150,000 miles. Next best, Mustangs and Miatas are about half that percentage.

    NOT even CLOSE! YOU MUST USE ONLY AUDI APPROVED 502/505 FULL EURO synthetics oil ONLY and NEVER EVER VALVOLINE or any OTHER cheaper WAX and ASH based engine oil! The FACTORY FILL was PENTOSIN< like all the OTHER fluids used by AUDI BENZ and BMW! >>TAKE this to the BANK! PENNZZOOIL ULTRA EURO OIL gives you an extended warranty out to 500,000 miles! READ AGAIN! They WILL replace the engine if you have ISSUES up to 500,000 miles! you only need ONE OIL CHANGE per YEAR!! use a SYNTHETIC OIL FILTER or a HENGST filter made from FLEECE! >>GET an INSPECTION before you BUY A IT and plan on changing ALL the fluids very soon, even the BRAKE FLUID! AUDI updates the FLUIDS every year usually! The COOLANT is NOW ROSE/LILAC in color! The STEERING FLUID is 202 CHF AQUA color! The TRANS FLUID is ONLLY PENTOSIN or AUDi fluid! My BENZ battery lasted for FIFTEEN YEARS!  get a warranty to 500,000 MIOES DRIVE and PREVENTS many sensors problems and keeps the PRICEY CONVERTERS as GOOD as NEW! I have had SEVERAL AUDI cars and sold DOZENS more! Even the CONVERTER and EXHAUST was meant to LAST for THIRTY PLUS YEARS!  Most people that NEVER owned an AUDI really know  NOTHING about them! The ENGINES are ALWAYS on WARD's best engien list and they are SO easy to UPDATE and IMPROVE! get a set of DENSO TWIN TIP IRIDIUM LASER PLUGS and you will get another 20% in POWER and FUEL MILEAGE! POWER WASH the engine every once in a while to keep it CLEAN! You CANNOT hurt anything. the IGNITION is SEALED! AUDi chooses the BEST suppliers it possibly CAN and MANY of them are common to BMW and BENZ and VW as well!  FOLOOW the RULES here! there is BLAUPARTS< adn 1-800 ALL _AUDI also called CHOKAN can even get PENTOSIN FLUIDS from  1-800 ALL-EURO as well! Jus DO NOT USE VALVOINE or PRESTONE or PEAK in there! there is NO SUCH THING as UNIVERSL FLUID or een ENGIEN OIL! YouMUST use ONLY oil rated 502/505 from AMSOIL, TOTE AL NENERGY OIL, LIQUI MOLY or PENNZOIL and AGAIN NO Valvoline at ANY TIME ! it will DISSOLVE gaskets and SEALS and MELT the PCV hoses and valves! if this happens you will blame AUDI when it is PURELY an OIL ISSUE! VALVOINE wil ALSO et up BRAKE BOOSTER diaphragms! NOBODY is SMRT that uses VALVOIEN at ANY TIME in AMY CAR< but GERMAN CARS wil NOT do well with M JUNK FLUIDS and OILS! They are TOO PRECISELY made!>>when you get it plan on removing the VALVE COVER and have it STEAMED CLEAN! ALTHOUGH the use of PENNZ OOIL ULTRA wil clean it in TIME< a HAND cleaning is GREAT!  >>>ALSO< since you do NOT know HOW it was cared for, get a HAND TOOL SET and use AMSOI L)POPWER FOAM to clean the THROTTLE BODY and the IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE if it HAS one! OPEN the THROTTLE and clean the **** 9 if there IS any) from the plate as AMSOIL will DISS(OLVE tar and SLUDGE on contact! If there is a LOT of BAKED IN SLUDGE HERE< remember that the WHOLE INSIDE of the ENGINE WILL LOOK LIKE That exactly! >>i use a 50/50-=  mixture of AMSOI POLWER FAOm and GUNK ORANGE ORIGINAL engien cleaner in the CRANK CASE and drive it for an HOUR or so GENTLY as it removes YEARS of **** from the turbo OIL FEED and RETURN LINES and the VALVE COVER< the OIL PAN and the FRONT COVER and seals and gaskets! Yo CANNTO hurt anything ! GUNK is mostly DIESEL FUEL! I owned TWO AUDI turbo cars and I SWEAR BY THEM! The TURBOS will last FOREVER< but ONLY if you use the proper FULLY SYNTHETIC oils that PREVENT turbo break down! The REAL audi OIL Change is good for TWO FULL YEARS with a FLEECE oil filter! YOU CANNOT treat it like a Damned OLD CHEVY! again NO VALVOLINE CRAP oil at ANY TIME! It is NO good for ANY CAR and NO FACTORY on earth wil use it as SUCH!  you will LOVE the warranty to 500,000 MILES as well! HAPPY DRIVING and let me KNOW how you are doing! I make AUDI house calls in MICHIGAN every day> to RESTORE them top their fully SHOWROOM condition! Same for BENZ and BMW cars and many FORD cars! The ONLY thing better than an AUDI< is a NEWER AUDI!     Audis are fine vehicles.  Just drive the car, follow the maintenance schedule and get it fixed when it is broken.  If the repairs are getting too much, get rid of it.  You cannot do anything now.  Thinking whether it is reliable or not will not do anything for you.

    German cars have about the same reliability as American cars, but labor and parts to fix them are a lot more expensive.  BMWs in particular are famous as 'money pits'. 

    The Audi TT is made in Hungary.  It's built on the same platform as the Volkswagen Golf.  So nothing too exotic. 

    Will it be reliable?  Well, you'll find out.  8^)
