How long does it take to pass a kidney stone?
I had 15 pizza lunchables for lunch. I suffer from severe kidney stones and have had to get them surgically removed in the past. How long will this take?

You need to be more worried about passing gallons of diarrhea after eating all that trash like a pig.

To pass on it could be days to never.
If they are too large to travel through the tubes then they must be surgically removed.
