Can some people with epilepsy drink in moderation and drive a car medication free if they are well controlled on seizure?

you will have to be seizure free for 2 years to have a licence and a letter from your doctor stating you are fit to drive.

Drunk, non-medicated epileptics should not be driving. Ok, drunk people should not be driving.
