    Simply and easily lower it back to normal by eating only whole foods and drinking only water, unsweetened teas and unflavored milk. 

    In fact,  it was straying from the human diet that caused 99.9999% of excess cholesterol. 

    Same thing with the obesity.

    you have to change your diet : stop all grains sweeteners sodas

    Talk to your doctor. If he thinks it's too high, he'll give you a pill. One a day will take care of it.

    Discuss your options with your doctor.

    Slight changes to your diet can help cholesterol levels.  Learn which foods are high in cholesterol and then limit or avoid those foods.

    Certain natural supplements, like fish oil pills, can help cholesterol levels.  Certain foods help to increase your good cholesterol levels, so increasing those foods in your diet may help your levels.

    If your levels are high enough, your doctor may recommend a medication like Lipitor or Lovastatin to help lower levels.  You can discuss the benefits and risks of your options.
