My doctor wants me to come in for an EKG test to check my heart for damage from chronic high blood pressure. How do I prepare for it?

    Take a shower and put on clean clothes before you go in

    You don't prepare. You just show up on the day, take your shirt off, and they put little stickers on your skin.

    Chase some no-doz down with copious amounts of strong coffee.  Then, on the way to the ECG, chug several cans of Red Bull.
