This is not realistic . Marriage and divorce are governed by different legal rules and regulations .One has to observe such rules and regulations to do either . 

In most places the evidence of irrecoverable breakdown is a substantial period of separation for a start. In our case it is a minimum of one year.  So it would be impossible under our law to even START divorce proceedings until one year had elapsed.

As far as I know you can't, since getting a divorce takes time. An annulment even would not be done on the same day. You could however threaten to do so. 

I have known someone who annulled their marriage almost that rapidly but it did take going to court. I don't know anyone who "officially" divorced their spouse in the matter of hours. 

Why are you asking something that clearly is in your own imagination, and not seeking advice in families and relationships? Ho hum,you waste our time.

Impossible. It takes time for a divorce to go through. Even an annulment takes time.
