Could I have autoimmune hepatitis? ?

I get a lot of stomach cramps

I get joint pains

At night my skin itches

I used to get this rash under my chin that itched

I get nausea sometimes and I get acid reflux after dinner

In December I was hospitalized for a bowel obstruction and they don’t know what caused it. My bloodwork was normal. But they saw it on the ct scan. Is it possible to have It and have normal blood tests ?

There are actually blood tests for all known hepatitis, A B C D and E.  You should probably ask a  doctor to run those tests.

You could also have an autoimmune disorder that is unrelated to hepatitis.

Of course its possible but you don't have any symptoms of hepatitis and it would have likely showed up on the abdominal CT.  Your symptoms could be caused by dozens of different problems.  Bowel obstruction can occur without a medical problem due to dehydration, low fiber diet, missing the window of opportunity when you first get the urge to go, and inactivity. Keep track of your symptoms and keep working with your doctor until you get an answer.

    No.  Not possible.

You likely have an inflamed liver from your diet that is high in added sugars and white flour products.

Your ileus could have been purely due to liver inflammation and the dysfunction it causes.

Try eating only whole foods and drinking only water, unsweetened teas and unflavored milk for a month and see what happens.

If you are fat,  you will need a new wardrobe.
