On the front of the cable box there are the three easy to recognize yellow white and red input ports. I can't figure out how to switch the out put of the box to this input.

Long story: My computer is hooked up to my monitor directly with an HDMI cable. My cable box is also hooked up to my monitor with an HDMI cable. Both of these work perfectly fine and I merely need to press a button on the monitor and the display switches. The monitor has none of the previously mention video/audio input ports though. So I plugged the device I was wishing to hook up (Xbox 360) into the cable box. I cant however figure out how to switch what my cable box outputs from the TV to the Xbox 360. Anybody have any idea and/or am I missing something really stupid?

I recently installed Ubuntu on this computer that I got from a friend that was COMPLETELY WIPED. By completely wiped I mean there is nothing on the disk except for random patterns of 0's and 1's, nothing else. So after I installed Ubuntu on it I discovered that the internet doesn't work. I looked this up online but being the Linux noob that I am I had no clue what any of them were saying. Even the ones that I kind of understood and tried didn't work. I was just wondering if any of you guys know what is wrong and/or have any slightly understandable help.

Alright well my computer is a hp pavilion a6242n and after looking at the specs I realized it was running onboard graphics. I'm not extremely good with computers(as far as hardware goes) so I'm not sure if its compatible with the rest of my computer so I was wondering if you guys could help me out or offer another graphics card that would work as well. Any help would be great

My project is about growing plants without soil and i need some fast plants that are easy to grow (its winter im in massachusetts so probly indoors) and they have to be fairly sturdy because they could be possibly under attack by cats. im thinking of growing them with lamps in my room. i have two lamps and a wide open white counter but not having to use the lamps as much would be nice because a need sleep. O and they have to be available at like a store i can get to like home depot or lowes ( which means not online like wisconisn fast plants)

When i start the game it crashes right after the part where the little cube fills up with little black and white cubes that make symbol. The screen turns black and it says your display driver has stopped responding. The name is Ialmrnt5.dll and ive updated all my drivers and patched the game but nothing seems to help. And yes my computer meets the minimum game requirements and I have also tried just about every setting configurations to make it work but no cigar.

Does anyone have a beta key i can have. Im so desperate ill do anything.... thank you before hand

well i have actually had the origanl black and white 2 for a while and when i tryed to install black and white 2 the expansion it pops the message "black and white 2 is not installed on your computer" i tryed re-installing and closing all my backround tasks (virus protection aim etc.) but still nothing somebody plz help
