• tinnitus ?

  okay so just a few days ago i went to sleep with my earphones in my ear and unlike most days when they fall off my ear when i’m sleeping, i woke up with it still in my ear. when i woke up my ear felt weird after sleeping with that sole ear pod in and i got a bit of tinnitus. it’s by no means horrible but sooo annoying and i have no idea what to do or what caused it. however, the inside of my ear sort of feels stuffed? could it be wax? ear infection? also, it only seems to be on that one side. i’ve had tinnitus that lasted a few hours before caused by listening to very loud music. please help!!

• where do people get the enery to go to school everyday?

  school started again and i am already tired, im taking the day off today but my mum wants me to go to school more often. i can last for only half the day before i get tired and irritated and sleepy, and i usually get sick the day after. sometimes i physically cant get up the next day but that only happens maybe once every 3 or 4 weeks? i know school is important and i have no issue with the studying but i feel terrible rn and i hate being this tired all the time. i guess i can force myself to go but i dont think it would work. im not very good at explaining things but i am going to try my best. so imagine walking around all day on a bad knee and the muscles in ur neck also hurt and u feel like u havent slept and then a bunch of screaming children run around and give u a headache and while all this is happening u have severe hayfever to the point where ur hands are getting swollen. then usually i get a temperature or vomit from all this, but its too exhausting for me. please help, how do i get the energy to keep going?

• Blood test information?

  Hi, I have been unwell and recently went to hospital for some tests due to a fainting spell. 

  They did a CBC (complete blood test) and a thyroid test. 

  If there were any serious illnesses (cancers, autoimmune diseases, HIV etc) would something abnormal have come up on the blood test? Or do they need to be specific tests? I know they would normally have their own test but would they also affect the levels in the CBC?

• Safety of PPI Use?

  I am an active 27 year old male who is in shape, with no other health issues other than acid reflux which developed a few months ago. I've been taking omeprazole 20mg every day for about two weeks now (out of a four week course of treatment). I am concerned about adverse effects on my kidneys, as there have been multiple peer-reviewed studies which confirm that PPI use can produce adverse outcomes on kidney function and even induce CKD. 

  Am I being paranoid? Is a four week course negligible? Thanks in advance for your response.

• Is it because they had over 2 weeks warning or that the UK is an island that there have been so few  c-19 deaths in that country?

• Kidney Issues.?

  I've recently been having aches in my left back and side, I've done a kidney function test and everything is negative however it says ++500 leukocytes in the test. Not sure what to do don't have any other symptoms just ache in left side.
