Your BP is too high and you need to be on meds.

Based just on that not particularly. But plaque in the arteries is a much bigger risk as is genetics, male v female etc. you can look up risk factors for the whole list

    🥴

I dunno. But if you have hbp, yes. Youre at higher risk. Cut the animal fats out of your diet for awhile and eat veggies and fruits.

The ones that deflate inflamation. Garlic. Lemon. Onions. Ginger. Asparagus cleans your arteries. Tumeric. Berries. Apples.

That stuff will save your life, man.

Eat only a pinch of salt a day. This keeps your body functioning. But not excessive to where it contributes to a heartattack or stroke.

Apple cider vinegar tablets? Take 2 per meal or a tablespoon per meal prior.

And only drink 4 bottles of 12.5 fl oz of water a day. Any more or less, kills or drowns your kidneys.

Any other fluids you drink contribute to water intake. No soda or chocolate or leafy greens.

🥴 I lost a kidney for it. And it all started from hbp that led to a uti.
