Many liberals are constantly enraged about some minor "offense."  These idiots end up with serious plaque build-up in their brains which makes them even more idiotic than they were before.

Anger and anxiety can raise blood pressure, and higher blood pressure can increase chances of having a heart attack.  It's only too late if you're dead, and you're not dead.  If you can change the way you handle anger, and anxiety you will lower your blood pressure a little, eating right/diet also helps.
