Whom do I contact about Jews and freemasons (aka homosexual devilworshipping Jew-masons) killing 70 million in Soviet Union by gulags, famine, or shooting squads? How can RussianOrthodox get some justice?

Hide within 10-15 people group (saints Gabriel Urgebadze and Serafim of Sarov); no documents; no electronics.

Nothing like that welfare check to make it all better.

The qualification requirements have not changed.  

Unlikely. In any case you'd need documentation of this condition from a doctor, and it would need to be proven that said condition has rendered you somehow incapable of achieving employment. If you were able to work prior to the pandemic, then there's likely little chance that you would get approved.

If it is medically proven to Social Security's Disability Determination Service be so severe that it prevents you from being able to work and earn substantially and gainfully and if you've worked and earned enough under Social Security to be insured for SSDI, then yes. The official diagnosis would be acute anxiety disorder (agoraphobia).
