Clogged ear body feels out of it heart feels tired & out of breath tiny bit of pain in chest at times right side, what is this? ?

I feel tired to even talk at times I’m only 21 female I also been very stressed

    Hi there! This sounds like anxiety problems. Especially considering you're only in your 20s. Before 40 or so things like hearts problems are very rare (usually you have to be born with them). What I would do if I were you is make an appointment for your doctor and let them know these symptoms. My educated guess is it's anxiety. Anxiety can make someone very tired and out of it and can cause all the symptoms you're describing.
