Ok….. I tried doing the F8, then I tried every step after that, “last known install” all of them, after I hit enter and then enter again, I get the black screen again with the little white cursor blinking in the upper left! Is there a way to get my rebot disk to work again? I can just do a recovery or re-install XP?? Little help please, also, the hard drive is new, I replaced it and uploaded all my drivers back. It worked perfect for a day and then after a rebot it was stuck on the black screen. Options???

I JUST bought a new hard drive, got that in and reloaded my windows xp, everything was working great, then yesterday I restarted my laptop and a blackscreen comes up with a white cursur in the upper left, computer will not start back up. What is this and how can I get around it?

Yes....I have tried support.dell but when I try and download them, I get an error on the page as it wont load. There HAS to be a website I can download all the drivers needed surely?? I got the dreaded blue screen of death, installed a new hard drive, but I have non of the drivers for my laptop. So, my question, where can I get them ALL, Id like to have them all in a zip file rather than downloading them all at once, but at this point anything will work

I had the auto shop check everything, they said it was a seal on the cap. Fixed and drove home yesterday, and it started to overheat AGAIN, and I have NO heat!! I also checked the antifreeze and it was way low, so I am assuming I am leaking antifreeze somewhere? Anyone have any ideas? They are working on the car now, but I would like to kow what it might be incase they try and rip me off!

I have a 2001 Lincoln LS. About 3 months ago this started happening, EXCEPT my car would overheat BAD, and I would have to pull over and let it cool off before driving. Took it in and it was the thermastat, which they fixed, no problems since! Just this week, the cooling fan has started to come on, however, my temp doesnt go up, it does slightly but not enough to notice any change! What in the world could that be?? I take it out and put in my own, even though my image(header) is large width wise, the rest of the website stretches which is fine. However, my image doesnt show up, just the big square, however my links on my image are there. Odd. And also if I try and add an image elsewhere in the template just a square shows up in the size of the other pictures but no picture. Whats the deal?

I posted this earlier but I needed to add a few things, plus no responses. Anyways, I have a header which is 1025 wide. The body of my website(template) is in 3 different sections, 2 side columns for adds and links and a main section in the middle, however I want it all to stretch as wide as the 1025 header, which right now it is not! I have the picture uploaded into my ftp client or website, and on my index page I have it as

<IMG SRC="vegas1.jpg">

The picture name is obviously vegas1.jpg, but it only comes up as a small red X. Something else I can try? I also tried the file path <IMG SRC="C:\blackdraft\imagesvegas1.jpg"> and that didnt work........... help please, lol, this picture kind of makes the site lol

Ok, I am ok with html, I am not using dreamweaver or anything like that. I have a sample template I am using, and I am deleting out the header and adding my own. I used cutemap to add links to my header. After that, cutemap gives you an html code which you add to your index. I did this, but I still cant see the image, but I can see where you can rollover and click the links which is odd. I also moved the picture into my "images" folder for my given site. Thoughts??? This is getting very disturbing lol

I have it done and I copy and paste my link into my clipboard, but cant see my header, but you can rollover the square empty box. You can see where the header is on my page, and where the links are when you roll over them.....just no image. Whats the deal???

my header image is a png and is located in my images folder on my computer. I am using a template for my website but I am having trouble getting my header on my site and being able to view it. Any thoughts?

I have a header that was build for me, it has several main parts, 2 of which make up the majority of the header. I have those aligned and together, however, my "buttons" that you can click on, I am having trouble aligning up them so they fit inside my header, where they are suppose to. i am using coffeecup, any suggestions. I have tried aligning left, right, center, but nothing works................frustrating!

I had a header made for me, png and jpg file both, with spaces left for my text links. How do I add them to the jpg or png?? Thanks
