I have been having mild chest pains. Is this a heart attack?

    it could be acid rebound or the heart. see a doctor pronto.

    Probably not a heart attack but could very well be a heart problem

    Could also be acid reflux

    I'd get it checked out

    It could just be tight muscles. You would have to have sever chest pain to be a symptom of a heart attack. But it may be worth calling / seeing your doctor, maybe they can give you some thing to help with the pain.Β
