I need a microphone that gives me that nice bassy voice that you hear on the radio or pro podcasts. I don't want a flat voice for my podcast. I want a rich bassy voice for my podcast. What Mic brands do you recommend? What are there prices? Why do you recommend them?  Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

My friend received a foreclosure notice. She owns a condo but is behind on her Home owner Association Dues because she lost her job. So she is current on her mortgage, just behind on her Condo Fees.

I told her to file Chapter 7 not Chapter 13. Chapter 7 eliminates date while Chapter 3 is a payment plan and it allows you to save your home. But HOA fees can be eliminated threw a chapter 7 and the debt is wiped clean. It also stops the foreclosure and brings her current on her HOA fees.

On the other hand Chapter 13 is a payment plan. She would have to pay both her mortgage and Condo fees in one payment. The debt HOA past due payments so not go away like the Chapter 7. She can t afford the payments now so an increase would make it worse.

Am I advising her correctly or am I way off? She lives in Ohio if it helps

If you were a king would u offer your son up as a Sacrifice? Wouldn't pardoning people be easier?

I am a current and active Yahoo Mail Plus User. I recently discovered that Yahoo mail Plus has been replaced by Yahoo Ad Free Email. Now the good news is because my subscription is active, I will continue to pay $19.99 annually and benefit from all the Ad Free Email Features HOWEVER I can not locate my yahoo disposable email addresses. I want to create new ones. Furthermore, I can't find a way to contact the Yahoo Staff and have no choice but to Post My Question Here. This is soooo frustrating for a paying customer. Anyone Can Help???

I saw a glowing, sparkling ball of white light racing downwards and diagonally across the sky. It seemed to bright and way too close to be a distant star.

I noticed it and then it dissipated and it was light orange. It evaporated very quickly or at least I think it did. I drove in my truck to see if I could see signs of a landing, crash, or related activity.

I didn’t see anything afterwards. Told my friend about it because he was talking to him on my cellphone at the time it happened. Told him I never saw anything like it ever. Then came in and Googled and that’ how I saw your post. I am in Columbus, Ohio. This happened on 12/9/2011 approximately 11pm

I bought some bootleg movies recently. They were all dvd rips. Fro example Toy Story 1 & 2,, plus Wally, & Buzz Light Year were all on 1 dvd. 4 Movies on Only 1 dvd. and alll DVD rips (great quality). How can I burn multiple movies to 1 dvd??? what software can I use or what format will work in order for me to burn more than one movie to 1 regular blank dvd???

I have several photos that I would like to put on my myspace page IN THE BACKGROUND of the entire page. Not a slide show but for EACH TILE to have a separate picture in it for the background of my myspace page.

My x-girlfriend & I have a so together. We agreed that I can have him every other weekend & holiday. He is 2. She is starting to become more controlling. I just registered a few domain names with GoDaddy.com What is a good site to build a website so I can start selling my services as a writer. Costs? Features? Ease of use? Customer Support? & Customer Satisfaction?

Currently I am an independent sales contractor for Time Warner Cable. I love my freedom but these hiiiiiiiiiigh gas prices are eating me alive. I am spending over $500/month in gas. I don't like desk jobs. I am not into heavy labor or factory work. I don't want another commission only job. And GOD knows no more network marketing scams or work from home scams. No call center job either. Any ideas of how to find a job with a base salary that would still allow me to have some freedom and not sit at a desk or be on the phone all day or be under your boss all day?

I just turned 35 in March. I weigh a lot more than I did in college. I know what it takes to loose weight because I worked out a lot in school. My problem is "WILL POWER" !!! Does anyone know of any support groups or buddy sytems available? Also WHY does it cost so damn much to eat healthy but so cheap to eat bad foods? Can anyone help me find healtheir foods for affordable prices??? I use to be the guy women went out of their way to flirt with. Now I am the fat guy that women settle for instead of go after. I still have my health, looks, and brains, but I also want my body back and to be healthy in the future.

My job consists of going door to door sellng Cable TV. Knocking on apartment doors is easy, because people are always moving in and moving out. However selling to home owners is much more difficult. They don't move as often and you have to catch them when they are home. I leave literature but they don't call back. I don't want to walk arund for 8 hours a day in the cold. Where can I find more leads or more creative ways to sale cable. Most of the apartments in our area have been overworked by my coworkers. Any ideas on where I can find more leads? My company has it's favorites and is not willing to help.

I know where to download cds and MP3s, BUT where can I buy "MP3 CDs" or download them. MP3 Cds can hold over a hundred songs easily or several albums on 1 cd. I once found 2 MP3 cds at Media Play; which is now out of business. Plus those were Rock & Pop cds & I am into RAP & R&B. I also met a guy who sold me a mix cd that had 5 different albums on it. Jay Z, Naz, Ghostface, Biggie, & Tupac all had an album on it. It was over 144 tracks, but the guy who sold it to me at the flea market disappeared. Believe me, I know all the sites where I can download CDs & MP3s But PLEASE help me find "MP3 CDs" NOTE: I also would like to know where I can find free mix cds. I love east coast rap and undergound hits. I hate the radio MCs and especially Southern Rap. Give me real lyrics, not the damn Ying Yang Twins.

I joined REIA last year and learned a lot by attending the meetings and even more when checking out the books. Russ Whitney & Ron Legrand, especially. I have been able to find property & even investors with no problem.

My question is, what do, I need to say to them to get them to do a deal with me. I can find them easily and even get them to listen to me. I have spoken with several investors and was even offered a deal (that I didn't take) but most of them keep asking me to verify my numbers. I use Ron Legrand's formula when evaluating properties. What am I doing wrong? How can I get them to stop going back and forth with me & just move forward with a deal???

Not all IT people post their resumes on Monster, Dice, Yahoo, MSN, Computer Jobs, Careerbuilder, etc... How do I find groups for IT people? How do I find recent IT grads? Where do they hangout? What groups are they apart of? I want to recruit more candidates. Not just wait for them to post a resume. I want to build relationships with them.
