we are having a competition at our gym and i have a deadhang time of 3:08.

i'm beating all the men that have tried and they've got around 1-2 minutes.

i was just wondering what the science behind it is, because they will obviously be a lot stronger than me but i can hold myself up for longer.

i'm 177cm (aroudn 5'10)

and i weigh 62kg (137lbs)

so yeah what makes me able to do it for so long?

I get to make quotes on photoshop for my gym that appears on their TV screen that is probably around 30 inches wide. How big should I make the photo dimensions so it doesn't become blurry?

I'm making a basketball singlet and I'm up to sewing the numbers and letters on. The fabric that I've used for them is cotton drill which frays and I don't have an over-locker so I'm thinking maybe I could fold it over or maybe use satin stitch? I don't know...

Here is my poem:

A drop of water like a glistening jewel,

Slipping and sliding down the leaf like a waterslide,

It dives off and plunges into the tranquil river below,

As if it was diving off a diving board

Ripples formed in the glass-like river, breaking the surface

Showing that the river was disturbed by its presence

But only to accommodate the drop as one of its own,

And return to its natural harmony

I'm listening to those sounds,

Chirping birds up high in the trees

Babbling water slithering against the shingly edges

Guiding the river the way

Have I made any errors?

It needs to be in one tense like present tense or past tense.

The poem that I need to write has to be very descriptive and original. No cliche' my English teacher said.

So far I've written:

A (adjective) drop of crystal clear water

Slipping, sliding down a leaf like a waterslide

It dives off and plunges into the (adjective) river below

As if it was diving off a diving board

Ripples forming in the glass like river, breaking the surface

Showing that the river was disturbed by its presence

could you help me with those two lines and some descriptive words? or maybe tell me to change something in the poem.

So theres a boy who goes travelling out of town and his tyre gets punctured because someone shot it with a dart. He goes to a garage across the road and he says he has no spare tyres without the boy even asking. He says if you need somewhere to stay theres a place 5 minutes around the corner. So he walks for about 15 minutes up a steep hill to a little lodge.

The idea is that the creepy man in the lodge shot his tyre so he would end up staying at his house.

How could the murder take place? and Who would murder who?

Im stuck on ideas so any help would be great.

I got a T10 Samsung Mp3 Player, and I haven't had it for long.

When I play songs through the headphones, it only plays the background music and you can't hear the artist singing. Its really silly and I don't know why it does that!

Im playing Tony Hawks Underground on a PS2 and I'm up to the stage where I need to do a New York Nut buster. It says press O and the < > buttons. (press circle and the left and right buttons). I tried doing it and pressing the left and right buttons at the same time with circle and it doesnt work!

Can you tell me how to press the buttons?

I cant get rid of them? They are stuck in my pockets. No shop accepts them and no person either. Is there any way I can get rid of them?
