ok so there's this guy who just turned 15 i'm 14 but we're only like 8 months apart and he's still in my grade. we kinda like each other but he hasn't asked me out yet. we haven't really spent time alone together yet but we've been out like in a group of friends. i think he's going to ask me out soon so i went to my parents and asked them if it would be alright if i went out with him like we could be boyfriend and girlfriend... my mom was completely fine with it but my dad said that i was too young to be dating and i should avoid this guy... when i started to defend myself and him he told me that the conversation was over and his decision was final. i still tried to beg him to let me go out with him but he told me that he didn't want to hear another word out of me and sent me to my room. i really want to go out with this guy and i've had a boyfriend in the past... why is my dad being so stubborn? why won't he let me go out with him? how can i make him let me go out with this guy? help!

My friend moved and she still has her old checks with her old address. She got new checks with her new address. She used up those checks and wants to know if she can use her old checks with the old address on them even though the number on the new checks are the same as the numbers on the old checks.

i am sick of my big brother treating me like i'm a baby.

we just went on vaca and on the way home not a lot of us got seats together on the plane. i sat next to this guy who was cute and around my age. i'm 14 and he's 15. we were hitting it off and by the end of the like 10 hour flight we were kissing and flirting. he lives around our area too so we were going to hook up when we got home. when my big brother, who's 17, saw that we were being extremely friendly with each other he came over and pulled me aside. he told me that i shouldn't be flirting with him and told me that if i didn't stop he would tell mom and dad. it wasn't a big threat so i didn't listen to him. but then this guy and i both went to the bathroom. we just went together... we weren't actually in the bathroom itself together. my brother thought that's what we did and when we came back he interrogated me like i was a suspect in a murder case. is he way too overprotective or is it just me? does anyone have this problem?

my little sister is 9. she always tells on me. my parents are away and my big brother is in charge. i broke curfew and he punished me and i'm grounded. and i was talking to my friend on the phone when i shouldn't have been and my little sister overheard me saying that i was going to sneak out to go shopping with her. my little sister heard this and told my big brother. he gave me a chance to not sneak out and didn't confront me about it until i got home. that was this morning. i didn't know i was ratted out and i snuck out and when i got home my brother was really mad. he started lecturing me and told me to go to my room. i didn't mouth off or anything like i normally do but i'm scared of what he's going to do to me. since i was already grounded he can't ground me again. what do you think he's going to do? what would you do? how can i show him that i'm sorry?

my parent's are out of the country on vacation. they left my big brother in charge even though he's in college. he came home to take care of us. i'm 14 and he's 18 i went out with some friends and i broke curfew, but only by an hour. when i got home my brother was waiting at the door and started screaming at me. i gave him attitude and he told me that if i didn't get an attitude change he would spank me. i started mouthing off to him and he smacked me across the face. he told me to go up to my room and wait for him. i did but i guess i did it with an attitude because he said that i had earned a second spanking for having an attitude with him. so like 20 min. later he called me down to the living room. he spanked me with a hairbrush on my bare bottom. was he right to spank me? did i deserve it?

i have 9 brothers and sisters. i'm 14, my twin brother and sister are 17, then my older brother is 16, my older brother is 15, then it's me, then it's little sister who's 12, then my 8 year old brother, then my 6 year old twin sisters, then my 3 year old brother.
